CONSULAR OFFICE SERVICES
 

 

The Sierra Leone High Commission-Nigeria's consular office offers the following services.

  • Visa Applications
  • New Passport Applications, Passport Replacements and Renewals
  • Issuance of Sierra Leonean Registration or Identity Cards
  • Issuance of Emergency Travel Certificates
  • Attestations

Forms for these services can be obtained from the Sierra Leone High Commission Liaison offices in Abuja or in Lagos.

CONSULAR FEES (as of July 1st, 2006):

All fees must be made payable to the Sierra Leone High Commission in cash, money order or cashier's check. No personal checks will be accepted. All fees paid are non-refundable. See visa requirements.

  • THREE (3) MONTHS MULTIPLE RE-ENTRY VISA
  • REPLACEMENT OF SIERRA LEONE PASSPORT
  • EMERGENCY TRAVEL CERTIFICATE
  • VISA APPLICATION FORMS
  • PASSPORT APPLICATION FORMS
  • REGISTRATION/IDENTITY CARDS
  • EMERGENCY TRAVEL CERTIFICATE FORMS
  • ATTESTATION
